Dr. Wes Cardall is a California native and loves being able to call Bakersfield home. He opened Cardall Orthodontics in 2019 after serving the community for nearly seven years at Montano & Cardall Orthodontics. Today, he’s widely known by both patients and local dentists for having a meticulous eye for detail and possessing an ability to make even the most complex care feel straightforward.

Why He Chose Orthodontics
Ever since he was a kid, Dr. Cardall has wanted to do work that helps people feel more comfortable in their own skin. Early on he even considered plastic surgery, but ultimately decided on orthodontics because it gives him the chance to have an impact on more people’s lives, more often. He truly cares about changing the smiles of his patients in a way that is visible and lasting.
Providing a great patient experience is also something Dr. Cardall cares strongly about. When he had braces as a teenager, one appointment left him in a lot of pain after an assistant was particularly rough putting bands around his back teeth. That appointment stuck with him today and is one of the reasons he prioritizes a gentle approach with clear communication, creating an overall process that feels manageable, especially for kids.

Dr. Cardall has completed extensive dental and orthodontic training at several of the nation’s leading colleges and dental schools, graduating #1 in his class and earning top National Dental Board Exam scores, including a composite score of 99 on Part 1 of the test, achieved only by a small handful of dentists each year.

Dr. Stacy Rosenberg was just 9 years old when she told her family that she was going to be an orthodontist. At 13, she became even more sure of this fact when she got braces. She was absolutely fascinated by the process.
This early excitement she felt continues to shape how she cares for her patients today, and having gone through orthodontic treatment herself, she understands how the start of treatment can feel. She knows that feeling of excitement and overwhelm all wrapped into one. The most important thing to her is that every patient feels comfortable, informed, and confident from the moment they first walk in the door.
She’s originally from New York but made her way West to California when she heard about Cardall Orthodontics and their reputation for high standards and consistently excellent results. She is proud to serve the Bakersfield community and feels truly grateful for the trust that so many local families put in the team.
Dr. Rosenberg treats children, teens, and adults, with nearly half of the practice made up of adult patients. She understands that treatment looks different at every stage of life. Whether it’s a child nervous about braces, a teen preparing for an important milestone, or an adult finally ready to invest in their smile, she wants her patients to feel heard, respected, and supported throughout their treatment.
